運動中心又是新的一期報名了
5.6月上了一期飛輪有氧
7.8月在考慮要增為一週2 次飛輪有氧
或是 飛輪有氧 搭配 皮拉提斯
平常自己還會上健身房踩腳踏車跟重訓一到兩次
目前
身高 157-158
體重 53-54
想請教各位
