前情提要:我在高中階段接觸了約一年半至兩年的徒手健身,在最好狀態能夠暴力上槓5下,
到了大學就開始耍廢,直到大二下的時候才開始進入健身房訓練了八個月,但回想起來也是
瞎機巴亂練,沒有課表規劃,沒有飲食規劃,一個禮拜練兩天到四天都有,心情來了想練什
麼就練什麼,當初那段時間尾聲的inbody如下,而三項成績深蹲/臥推/硬舉分別是90/65

在那八個月過後,就幾乎沒什麼在練了,一個月頂多去4、5次健身房,而畢業後就不再踏入
健身房了,一直到今年年初當兵的時候,覺得自己的力量有點差,於是決定在兵役結束後辦
健身房會員,並且養成規律健身習慣,而我也在當兵空閒期間用手機查了多健身知識,還有
訓練安排。
兵役結束後加入健身房,並測了一次inbody跟三項成績(後續測inbody的狀態都控制在早上
起床排尿後喝杯水水去測),不出所料都差了許多,三項(85/60/110)

之後便開使維持一週四練的頻率,過了兩個月後再測了一次inbody如下

直到今年年底,想測一下自己這段時間的inbody變化,於是又測了一次

而三項成績變化則是
深蹲85 >130
臥推60 >100
硬舉110 >155

最後還想請問一下,目前腿是一週二練的情況,一天硬舉,一天深蹲+腿推+器械腿屈跟腿伸
,有沒有什麼其他訓練可以替換或補充的?總覺得腿部肌肉成長偏慢。謝謝
