規律睡眠還是盡量早睡? - 健身

大家好一直以來有個疑問
因為學校實驗的原因
一周大約有兩三天要到11點多才會回到寢室
梳洗整理等事情作完之後 其實都已經一點多了
我是應該要將每天的睡眠時間固定在一點多?
還是能早睡(11點多 的時候就早睡呢?這樣感覺不是很規律
不知道怎麼樣對身體比較好> <
