之前練得勤的時候,一周大概四天都一個半小到兩小時左右
或是練得比較疲勞時
睡我現在的床墊偏向軟較沒有支撐力,早上起床後
感覺各部位都會很緊繃,尤其背部
而且常會睡到凌晨突然醒過來
很難有一覺到天亮
大家覺得練疲勞後,床墊有沒有影響休息放鬆肌肉
--
或是練得比較疲勞時
