訓練(深蹲硬舉臥推)鞋挑選 - 健身

各位巨巨好,
先說結論:
本身訓練以深蹲硬舉臥推為主,無跑跳移動需求,跑步會另外帶慢跑鞋;
深蹲活動度尚可,短期內應該無法破百(目前蹲60 up緩慢成長中),
暫不考慮直上舉重鞋。
因為爬文沒太多AMP 3.0的資訊,
想請有穿過AMP 3.0 和METCON 4的大大能提供實際上重量深蹲和硬舉的感受,

依試穿順序簡單說明感受如下(以下鞋款皆試24.5公分):
NIKE METCON 4~
外型好看,空蹲穩定度前兩名(和AMP 2.0不分軒輊),
底夠硬,前腳掌的幅度對我來說很舒服,
有種可以將向下的發力完全轉換成起來力量的感覺;
REEBOK NANO 8~
版上很多大大推薦的好鞋,
外型和穩定度沒話說,
但因為我左右腳大小差太多,
若右腳腳趾舒服伸展的情況左腳大到會滑,
足弓的包覆感也不是那麼喜歡,
所以不考慮;
UA AMP 3.0~
雖然中間那片金色很像拜拜用的金紙,
但實際上腳以後非常好看有質感!
(個人覺得白色配熱褲;黑色配壓縮褲超級好看)
走起來和進行跳躍動作或暖身的腳感舒服,
空蹲腳趾的位置和幅度也很適合我,
但比起AMP 2.0 和METCON 4 感覺底不夠硬;
UA AMP 2.0
長得沒3.0好看,
但蹲起來非常非常穩,
可惜空蹲的時候腳背和小腿交接處那裏因為異材質拼接的關係很硬不舒服......
因為不是同一天同一狀況試鞋,
所以想聽巨巨們實際穿去健身房運動的感想生火或滅火,
