各位健身板的巨巨大家安安
會這麼問
是因為小弟我之前購買SBD護膝時
發現自己的膝圍40cm
尺寸居然要買XL!?
以前SBD的硬舉襪 腰帶等等
穿M號就已經非常足夠
不會有尺寸太小的問題
回顧健身這兩年的肌肉發展狀態
我上肢的肌肉量/力量
始終趕不上下肢
外觀看起來腿很粗
但上肢就普普
還被嗆過只看上半身
就跟難民一樣
現在想想會不會是因為天生膝圍粗的關係?
才導致上下肢的發展不平均
看能不能安慰一下自己
