有關訓練後立刻吃飯對身體健康有無疑慮,大概搜尋一下板上文章後只看到訓練後相關營養
素利用率會比較好。但我個人擔心的是類似剛訓練完消化系統會不會因為還沒準備好工作,
馬上吃飯累積成慢性腸胃炎之類的。
我知道每個人體質多少有所不同,但應該還是有個“人類”建議值可以參考,所以想請教各
位的根據相關知識或自身經驗是:
1.訓練完不用等,可以馬上拿起手邊的便當開始嗑沒關係?
2.最好還是等一段時間讓身體準備好可以進食(那麼等待的時間應該是多久呢?)
