各位巨巨大家好!
昨晚第一次上教練課,經過教練的評估,
他認為我身體肌肉較緊繃且背部肌群較弱,
所以課程中帶我做了很多肌肉放鬆和伸展,
其中有幾個動作因需要將手臂維持抬高,
訓練過程中雙臂末端會有那種血液不順?而麻麻的感覺,原本不以為意,
但今早睡醒後發現雙手的母趾還是麻麻的...
想請教大家,我是不是能做些什麼來改善這狀況?
