各位大大好
我目前菜單是
1胸 2腹 3腿
246純有氧
日休息 (視情況在家練腹肌或弓步蹲、深蹲)
因為有板友建議我加入背部訓練
所以今天做全身重訓時認真研究了一下發現
我練胸和練腿時也都會運用到背肌
胸像是有啞鈴肩推、俯身啞鈴飛鳥、滑輪下拉、坐姿滑船運用到背肌之類的
腿的器材我還搞不清楚名稱,都是偷看別人用跟著學的Orz
也可能是我重量組數都還不夠,所以目前還感覺不到綜合練的不適
那我菜單這樣訓練可以嗎?還是需要額外多出背部訓練分擔胸訓?
主要是思考肌群間是連帶作用,
如果多加一天額外背部,怕說胸大肌或股四頭肌還沒修復好
做飛鳥類和硬舉或深蹲時姿勢會因此有誤
亦或是我姿勢、出力點有誤才會有此疑慮呢?
或是買條倍力帶分擔背訓時前臂的負擔呢?最近有看了一條v牌的倍力帶好像不錯
目前全身已適應差不多,已經準備要照菜單走了
怕自己思考不周全,還請各位巨巨幫忙解惑
