各位前輩午安,肌肉版首發若有冒犯、違規還請見諒。
想請問一個問題:
目前一週練三到四天
課表基本是胸、背、腿、胸、背、腿循環
想請教這週如果是星期一三五訓練
其餘的星期二四六日,若再多做伏地挺身是好還是反而會讓肌肉沒辦法修復呢?
(指訓練日強度有維持的前提下)
