今天偶然聽到有教練在帶課時候跟那學生說
每次重訓最好控制在70分鐘以內
如果重訓時間到1.5~2小時的話
身體傳遞要肌肥大訊號就會減弱
第一次聽到這種說法...,不知有沒有人聽過?
