隨機二頭訓練
day2
臥推 5 5 8 12(休息時間同上)
啞鈴臥推5X10 (休1分)
機器胸推5X10 (休1分)
窄臥臥推5X8 (休1分)
隨機三頭訓練
三頭滑輪下拉5X12 (休1)
反手三頭下拉5X15 (休1)
夾胸機4X10 (休1)
day3

隨機旋轉肌訓練
另外感覺好像我有肌肉失衡的問題
請問可以安排什麼動作來改善
