該如何練「胃凸」 - 健身

本身有很嚴重很嚴重的胃凸症狀~
最誇張的時候,吃完飯胃可以跟胸部一樣凸!!!(而且我是D罩杯啊!!!)
看過醫生、查過資料都說要靠運動,訓練上腹部,把胃給「壓回去」
但是我目前做的運動:鄭多燕美胸、美腹、美臀Dance 30mins或是瑜伽
感覺上好像都偏向訓練側腹部,或是些許的下腹部,就是沒有我迫切急需的上腹部
我平常也努力在縮肚子把胃「吸回去」,但只要一放鬆就又凸了=..=
請問到底練什麼運動才能有效地對付胃凸呢???
