這半個月來開始運動
下班時間較晚 所以選擇x-bike
另外想訓練腹部與腿部的肌肉
在版上稍做一下功課

但是,這幾天出現了個問題
突然注意到 我的肚子....... 肉怎麼往前衝!!
肚子的形狀怎麼可以這麼奇怪? 肚臍變成至高點
旁邊的肉就像一座小山丘 圖片 http://ppt.cc/z0vC
沒有做腹部運動之前 頂多平坦 吃飽後微凸
可現在凸的有點可愛 可這不是我預想看到的
奇怪的是正面看不出來 凸出的這一塊 http://ppt.cc/2x_m
囧 好想知道它到底怎麼了
想請教板友 是不是我的姿勢可能出現錯誤呢?
這樣繼續做下去 肚子它會愈往前衝呢??
我是想持續訓練這部分的肌群的
但若是因為姿勢造成 我想必須去請教專業人士了
因為現在都靠自己摸索 不是看影片就是看文章 照著做
錯誤的機率不小 一開始也都有出現一些部位疼痛的狀況
可否拜託專業的版友幫忙解惑呢? 感激
