希望能幫我過濾食物><...以上是我最近常見會想吃的飲食orz
話說原po體脂終於降了1%1%1%體重也有少許減少0.5~1kg (樂)
最近游泳50min~1hr2000m 心跳約130~140!!!
順便問大家運動最好的時段是什麼時候...晚餐後? 傍晚? 還是都沒差...?
我都是下午游到4點多回到家喝個無糖豆漿150cc睡覺等晚餐時間...
