平常沒時間去健身房,也沒時間去跑步游泳
該如何從日常作息或生活飲食等等著手
達到有效的降低體脂肪呢?
平常一天大概會吃個五六顆水煮蛋白
每天大概就簡單做個三至五分鐘的伏地挺身和仰臥起坐
這對降低體脂肪會有效嗎?
