該繼續減脂還是增肌 - 健身

如題,減脂4多月以來體脂終於從31%減到20%,人生第一次減肥算是成功蠻開心的。
但我現在比較迷惑的是,應該要再瘦一點,到15%體脂再開始增肌,還是其實20%就是一個
安全的增肌體脂了?
問了教練是說可以試著吃到tdee,不用再吃到基代這麼少,但有點害怕運動量不夠又復胖
回去。不過之前有看到,減脂期不宜太長,想問問看版友們的意見,謝謝
