年輕仗著體力好
作息亂掉只要熬整晚不睡 白天也都不睡 隔天晚上就會早睡了
如今2X... 身體狀況卻有如6X = =;
想那樣調 幾乎都失敗...到早上就撐不住了
然後就造就現在我這種日夜顛倒的作息
真慶幸目前都是晚班... 不然就慘了
現在真心想認真改變作息 因為已經能感到自己身體狀況很差很虛了
有爬文過 板友提到看中醫 讓我想到看西醫的話是不是比較快...
西醫好像會直接開幫助入眠的藥 我覺得我還蠻需要這樣的 囧"
或者請教板友還有什麼更好的方法呢
有在運動...可是運動完精神更好= =... 更睡不著 真傷腦筋XD
總之 麻煩大家了T_T
