維持一周五次運動
大概是前20分鐘有氧心跳130(快走、飛輪等等
然後重訓45分鐘
雖然有不錯的效果 但是最近想買補充品來加強減肥..
我目前中意的是"左旋肉鹼"、"綠茶精華(兒茶素、菊巨纖維、綠茶多酚的綜合碇)"
這兩項,想問問看比較懂的朋友,除了這兩樣還有沒有什麼比較推薦的輔助品呢?
