請問bmi超過35怎麼減 - 減肥

大家好
最近因為想通了這樣的身材對於自己的未來
無論是在工作上或是自己健康上都沒有幫助,因此想要減肥
身高176cm 體重114kg
只會一種減肥方式,那就是慢跑
可是跑沒多久膝蓋會先開始痛,之後就輪到了腳踝部份
所以我就把慢跑改成快走,但是一樣會痛
飲食習慣原本是少的時候吃光、多的時候也吃光
近一個月則是早餐-咖啡+蛋餅,偶爾會喝豆漿
中餐-素食便當一盒,但是飯量只吃1/3
晚餐-一份超商賣的生菜沙拉
最後是爬了版上舊文時候
有看到有人建議是不是先降到100以下在開始運動比較好?
另外是想問是不是可以做做核心運動呢
