請問一下彭于晏身材是怎樣練的? - 健身

我大概慢慢的健身也健身3年之久了........

彭于晏那種身材離我好遠.......

明星的身材 是不是每天都有固定時間大量去鍛鍊

我每天有氧35~40分+重訓30分

重訓現在可能年紀也有點26歲 重訓做個3台各6組就累了!!

現在體型 可能就跟棒球員有點像....狀但還沒線條 看起來胖胖的!!

177cm 85kg

我比較像要彭于晏那種清晰可見的到底該怎樣的訓練菜單......
