那個…想請問一個問題(因為我是重訓新手…然後現在沒有人帶練…)
就是阿,有一種練背肌的器材,
(不知道它該怎麼稱呼…在小腿處雙雙有護墊 然後是趴著做動作的那個)
想請問一下做那樣器材的時候的標準動作是怎樣?
因為我看到有人是做的時候是背有點向後彎(像 “ ) ” 這樣 )
有的是呈現直線狀( 像 “/” 這樣 )
有的是後面的小腿沒有緊靠護墊,呈現一邊做膝蓋一邊彎曲的情形…
然後我自己是做呈現”/” 的這種,小腿也有緊靠護墊,
但做的時候背還沒酸,大腿卻先酸了…
是那種壓住大腿肌肉讓肌肉很難受的感覺。這樣是不是動作不正確?!
還有,最好一組要做幾下比較恰當?
因為我都是到第15下左右才開始背部有痠感覺,
是否每組都應該做到完全挺不起來比較有訓練效果?
