請問做伏地挺身肩膀一定會變寬嗎? - 健身

標題: [問題] 請問做伏地挺身肩膀一定會變寬嗎?

最近因為工作的關係
逼不得已只好練伏地挺身
我練了幾天
大概都做10下左右
可是我現在發現我的肩膀好像變寬了
而且脖子跟肩膀銜接的地方
有很明顯的肌肉
不知道是不是我心裡作用
不過我覺得我變壯了
我很多姊妹都很怕因此而變壯
請問有沒有辦法可以避免肩膀變寬、虎背熊腰
譬如坐完伏地挺身後做什麼舒緩運動、拉筋之類的呢?
還是說做大臂夾緊那一種比較不會練到變金剛芭比??
麻煩各位高手解惑一下唄~~
