小魯以前沒健過身,但有運動習慣最近因為膝蓋受傷所以想練一下健康取向的健身
(平衡就好)
想從上教練課開始,以教練為主去找的話有推薦的教練&健身房嗎?
希望教練是科學數據派的~
還是說通常都會上一天教練自己練一天?
住在昆陽站附近~
