之前因為出國念書.壓力過大暴飲暴食,短短八個月胖了八公斤
後來擔心自己的生理和心理健康
從去年五月開始,努力以節制飲食和規律運動
非常緩慢地瘦了三公斤
進度這麼緩慢,一方面是因為飲食依然常常暴衝@@
我的基代約1150,平日自煮時大約吃1200-1300
但每周與朋友聚餐1-2次,這時一餐大約1000卡跑不掉
我試過很多方法想讓自己面對大餐不要吃太多,
例如聚餐前喝一大碗500g的蔬菜湯or穿束腹去吃等等
但每餐依然會很瘋狂地吃下一千卡...
(不過我覺得一千卡其實很容易達到耶,前菜+主菜+甜點應該就爆了吧...)
我懷疑身體是藉著機會發洩隱性的壓力
也就是說,我以為自己已經藉由跑步抒發壓力了,但其實心裡還是累積了很多壓力
而這些累積的壓力便趁吃大餐時爆發出來
另一方面,運動雖然是每隔一天慢跑一小時
不過遇到生理期,生病,雨天,下雪,和期末考周時會暫停一次
例如我上周吃完兩頓大餐的隔天(2/22),就感冒至今><
********其實以上只是背景提要啦~******
不過從二月以來,我突然非常非常想吃甜食
就算這餐勉強忍住了,但腦中會不停尖叫著"我想吃甜點"的訊息
下一餐就會立刻衝去蛋糕店或是超市買個切片蛋糕or甜甜圈or瑪芬來嗑
這慾望頻率已經不能歸為"偶而"放縱一下而已了,而是"每天"都這樣吃><
與其壓制食慾,找個和平共生的方案似乎比較實際:
請問假如把三餐中的某餐主食(通常75-80g燕麥片)
換成一碗自煮不加糖的紅豆湯或綠豆湯
然後訂每週三和每周日為甜點日,那天午餐的主食換成一片蛋糕或甜甜圈之類的
(我知道這樣頻率有點高,但總比現在天天吃好吧...)
這樣可以嗎?
如果有版友能分享其他疏導甜點食慾的方法,那就更好了^^
(話說自從某天一次吃完整條Oreo夾心餅乾後,我就放棄"淺嚐即止"的幻想了)
或是我的情況直接看心理醫生比較有用呢@@
