請問可簡單準備的低GI食物 - 健身

大家好,小弟目前正在進行增重
依據健身的原理一天至少吃六餐
正餐可以吃得很均衡,且吃完沒有血糖過高的感覺,因為可以夾蔬菜與肉類來緩和GI
但是空檔吃的東西就比較簡單,只能自己煮麵條、吃吐司夾鮪魚之類的
感覺吃完血糖升很快,頭昏昏的,長期下來應該不是很健康
目前的料理工具只有電鍋一個XD 沒有菜刀也沒有砧板
請問有沒有準備起來簡單又快速、纖維多一些的料理可以推薦呢? 不好吃沒關係
可以補充熱量就好了
