跟家父打賭在能瘦10公斤者勝 今年國慶日驗收 賭金10w

我沒有一定要瘦到10公斤整 因為我大學時運動減肥最多到減7公斤
(每天有氧+不吃晚餐~零分! )
7年過去 體重又都回來了
這次是要均衡飲食加運動來達成目標(1)體脂30以下 (2)看起來有腰
