今天上體育課的時候
瑜珈老師要我們每個人測坐姿體前彎
自從國中到現在都沒做過的我
連10都不到 老師說這樣對身體的健康會有很大的影響
但也說沒關係 因為再練的話還是可以辦法恢復柔軟度
想請問柔軟度不夠 真的會對於身體機能有影響嗎
