請問增進跑步圈數 - 健身

因為考試關係,必須在半年內訓練自已能在四分四十秒內跑完八百公尺
自已已經n年沒跑步了,現在至多跑一圈(200公尺)就喘噓噓了
但最近一直下雨,沒辦法每天到國小跑步
請問若在家原地跳個兩百下,這樣訓練肺活量對跑步有益處嗎?
還是有其他對跑步有益處且可以在家做的運動有什麼呢? (針對下雨天)
沒下雨的話,我還是會到國小跑的~~
