是這樣的,a以前有運動背景,但多年沒運動,後來被朋友刺激到。
開始a跟著鄭多燕舉啞鈴 ,轉著youtobe的頻道,開始每天一小時,一週約4天的自我隨便
亂練。
然後約4個月的時光,體重從158/55到158/52左右,體態瘦很多
,這是不知道何線,

然後手也變瘦
最重要的a有練深蹲,
但a說在家自練,效果有限
a想要西方女郎的豐臀,所以上來請問,到底該去健身房嗎?還是a在家自練就好,去了要
請
教練嗎?。
