請問大家跑步都如何控制步伐? - 健身

如題
我學習慢跑到現在已經2個多月了
通常都是規定自己每天跑小學操場(200公尺)20圈
但是有時跑得很輕鬆 大部分時候都跑得很痛苦
我自己覺得是步伐不規律的關係 我通常是用數數來控制步伐
但是效果很差 因為操場很多人在運動 往往碰到一個人(尤其是正妹)
從身旁跑過 身體就不由自主的會加快速度 最後硬ㄍㄧㄥ到很累=.=
我也想過聽音樂控制步伐 但是找不到合適的歌曲 所以想請問版友有合適的方法?
