我的運動天數一週大約五天 每次運動內容如下
划步機 坡度11
速度約維持10.8~11附近
時間 30 min
慢跑 坡度1.5
速度9.1~9.2
時間 20
也就是我運動時間都是50分鐘,只是划步機與慢跑交替
最近我改成慢跑 30分,然後再用划步機20分
目前想請問的是:
我都有事前/事後熱身,請問這樣對膝蓋是否會有傷害呢?
