健身一段時間了
原本身高180 體重72 體脂15%
因為前陣子狂吃到飽不節制飲食 體重升至78體脂17%
我的目標是希望能練到精壯
如果我每天只吃水煮馬鈴薯跟豆漿配合重訓+有氧
這樣是否能增肌也減脂呢?
雞胸肉實在是吃膩了...
還勞煩版上神人
