最近在練反手引體向上
做跳上去的離心向下時,有兩個部位會痛,請問是否為哪個姿勢不對?
1.肋骨下方的中間
2.左手的手肘關節下方
姿勢是兩手與肩同寬,慣用手是右手,跳上去前有先夾肩,雙腳是向前自然垂下。
