請問快走~ - 美體

最近每天都有認真運動~
基本上是快走30分+腳踏車30分
當初這樣分配是想說做同一運動太長時間的話容易膩
這兩項我都有做到心跳130/分
但後來在網路上看到這個

快走要到45分才能有效減脂嗎?
還有一個---每天快走1個半小時,三個月可瘦10公斤
需要做到一個半小時嗎~
今天快走到一小時就好喘了說~(我是用跑步機 一開始調5漸漸加到7)
不過既然決心要運動當然還是要有效
建議照上面的運動時間做嗎~
或是原來的快走+腳踏車有一樣效果呢
