請問想瘦側胸部 - 健身

小弟在版上獲得很多資訊
慢慢開始做些有氧 嘗試讓自己瘦下來
幾周過去覺得身材有開始改善
之前最討厭的地方是側腹
找了腹斜肌的練法來作 慢慢有緊實的感覺 搜love handle也很多影片
但是最近照鏡子
覺得側胸部特別鬆垮 肥肥贅肉很多的感覺
就是腋下 胸大肌 跟闊背肌 夾著的那一塊
不知道這一個地方 有甚麼動作可以鍛鍊呢?
(我有啞鈴)
