問題陳述:
大家好~
我的基礎代謝約是1200
我實施以上模式已經近一個月了
我這個禮拜量電子體重比上個禮拜 輕2kg 但體脂肪 重1kg
請問我是減掉了3kg的瘦肉 多了1kg的脂肪嗎?
我量胸部也沒變大啊(都34歲了沒生小孩應該也不會再大)
請問怎麼會這樣呢
我還以為我的菜單設計的很完美,我都有吃超過基代呢
我的肉太鬆了,手臂和大腿稍一動就晃得劇烈
但我不希望小到胸部
我需要做什麼調整呢
另外請問
我用了之前大家建議的excel熱量紀錄表~懶人專用版
但是一個禮拜的份量用完了, 該如何開新的檔案呢
記得曾經看過使用說明, 但找好久都找不到
