運動習慣之後.... - 美體

不曉得大家會不會在習慣養成之後,發現要戒掉B動是件很難的事情?
我現在已經開始增加我的運動量...改成每天盡量到健身房兩次(總共實際運動時間
,不包括伸展等...約1.5 hr,心跳持續>150...)
然後每週休息一次...
但是只要休息的那天就會有很深的罪惡感,甚至覺得肥肉悄悄上身
搞得連睡覺都睡不好...(而導致隔天運動特別吃力)..
我都覺得我自己開始神經質了....有板友跟我一樣嗎?
今天是休息日,我頓時覺得小腹怎麼又大了起來....
哭哭!
