小魯目前希望在家做簡單重訓 (可以增加代謝,讓身體健康)
小魯狀況 :
1.身高176/86KG (肚子肥:腰圍有100公分),年紀為38歲
2.以往從事運動、體能(假日固定不休息跑3-4k,狀況好再繼續打籃球)
3.家裡有2個6公斤啞鈴
想問 :
1. 依照我目前狀況,是不是該先瘦肚子? 何種運動好? (以增加肌肉增加代謝為主)
我並非要練很壯,先求增加代謝,一步一步來
2. 啞鈴需要使用嗎?
麻煩版上的前輩們指點了 希望我可以往健康邁進
