請問我深蹲有無改善 - 健身

前陣子大家說我上半身不穩,核心沒出力,這點我一直嘗試改善,
然後從背後拍起來我有 Arch 的狀況發生,雖然我沒有刻意挺胸,
最近看了大胖在 2017 年指導館長的實況,說起槓前最棒的姿勢,
就是可以吸最飽氣的姿勢,那個時候脊椎就是中立的,不會挺胸,
我已經盡力把氣吸到腹部了,但是在負重下還是很難把肚子脹大,
之前有人和我說其實上半身穩定就 OK 了,深蹲的重點在於腿部,
但是我還是希望我有能力盡力保持脊椎中立的狀態下去練習深蹲,
因為重量繼續疊加上去怕會對我的脊椎造成不良影響,得不償失,
故希望前輩們幫我看看我有沒有改善。

這回應該 100% 屁股有低於膝蓋了吧?
蹲到最下面槓子似乎有稍微往前跑?我已經盡力 Hold 住了。
最有力的第一組沒按到拍攝所以沒錄到,第三組直接掉到 2 下,
第 3 下失敗後才發現我護槓忘記提高,差點被壓死……,
第四組和第五組分別有做 4 下與 3 下。
