前陣子都在curver做重訓
最近加入健身工廠想說跟有氧交叉做
下面是我今天在健身房做的器具
因為我是初學者
所以器材我都不知道名稱
因為拍下來
故想問版比較有經驗的大大
能不吝告知是否我的強度目前是OK的嗎?
兩種方式1組15下,各3組,重量忘了,但也是很輕的

我是打算上半身集中一天做,下半身集中一天做
但腰腹是都會做到
中間會有三天穿插有氧
不知我預設的課表OK嗎?
或是我應該要如何做增減呢?
目前由於我的肌力很弱
所以一開始只能先由輕度開始做起
