我都會拿一顆啞鈴10磅的
兩手一起握住
然後先雙手舉直 然後慢慢把手肘一起向後彎曲
所以啞鈴會在後腦勺那邊
然後慢慢的輕輕舉伸展手肘 彎曲手肘
五組。每組八下
我是女生 想練上背肌
自己練完是很痠的!!! 覺得有用 但是怕傷脊椎~~~這是別人教我的方法,為了保險起見還
是想問問看!!!
