阻力訓練時呼吸疑問 - 健身

聽了一些前輩指導說,不管做臥舉、蹲舉、硬舉時呼呼吸的調整是攸關增加進步幅度的關鍵
不管是館長、水肥哥或許許多多的健身前輩常常都在問路上教導許多動作的「要領」,彈針對訓練時的「呼吸方式」好像不多...
廢話不多說....
小弟的疑問是....
我在深蹲下去前,會首先把肚子的空氣吐完,再吸飽空氣,來讓自己穩固核心....
很納悶一個問題...那蹲下去時候是要
1.憋氣下去,上來再慢慢吐氣
2.憋氣下去,憋氣上來
3.核心持續出力,也持續呼吸(這樣好難)
是否有巨巨可以指導如何正確「呼吸」,如果有影片連結是最好....
剛剛看了水肥哥的真空呼吸法跟另外一部
