請問各位有沒有跟我一樣的現象
自己中晚餐大約各吃300g的雞胸肉
換算ㄧ餐蛋白質大約70g
然而我點心或宵夜都是4顆蛋白加1顆全蛋
蛋白質也才大約35g
但是吃完蛋後的下一泡尿常會有一層泡泡
尿起泡是因為產生氨造成介面活性
但明明以蛋白質攝取雞胸肉更多卻沒有明顯起泡
飲水量每天都滿規律的早中晚各1L
請問這是正常現象嗎?
