我大學時178公分54公斤
打跆拳第二量級 比對手高沒有錯
但是太瘦沒有什麼體力 爆發力也不夠
打到都不會出現聲音 離題了
我現在约80公斤 32腰
方法不外乎就是吃得夠 睡得夠 練得夠
一天5~6餐
吃足夠的蛋白質和碳水
晚上12點以前睡睡7個小時以上
不過我覺得改善最多的還是重訓 如果你體格要好看的話
我達成這樣花了約五年的時間
體質問題
要改變不是沒有辦法
做就對了
