老妹是枚肉鬆
25y,體重44,但體脂破30大關
知情友人都震驚了
之前主要運動都以游泳(固定游一小,但速度偏慢)和有氧為主
深知這樣下去不是辦法
所以在一個月前加入萬惡的萵苣(唉...離我家最近的只有這間)
一週會運動3-4天,多在平日晚或假日
主要還是以有氧課程為主
因器材不太會使用,常覺得用錯部位,
沒有發揮真正的效果
爬文結果也讓我不太敢買教練課,
加上每次去都遇到油油的教練推銷覺得恐
常聽大家運動要有氧搭配重訓
尤其因為肉鬆,肌肉量太低
所以就算怎麼努力也只能消耗一千卡覺得哭
想請問有沒有一樣是公館萵苣會員的版友
可以善心教導一下器材怎麼用,基礎的就好
