請問拉單槓的肌群 - 健身

不好意思借標題問一下XD
我現在也喜歡上拉單槓了(大概快一個月吧)
因為可以讓肩膀附近的肌群比較有型(之前都沒在練XD)
雖然沒辦法直上直下
但是也只是練身體只求不要受傷就好了
但是現在遇到一個瓶頸了
我發現我大都使用小臂的力量在拉
上胸跟背部的肌群反而佔的出力不高
可是我就是想練背部的肌群阿XDDD
現在狀況是
在上胸跟背肌都還沒練到酸痛的情況下
小臂就已經沒力了
沒辦法再繼續拉了
想問一下版友有什麼訣竅可以讓胸部背部發力比較多嗎?
