請問有在家也能做的有氧嗎? - 健身

小弟平時在家會做自主訓練,主要是對於核心肌群。
因為身體有運動障礙的關係,簡單形容就是肌肉張力失調吧
所以肌肉在運動過程當中很多狀況下會有失力or僵直的問題
運動方面上 靜態的會比動態的來的恰當。 例如:重訓會比快走風險少很多
但是還是很希望能夠做些增加心肺功能的運動
想請教一下 如果是在家中 不靠一些大型器材的話 能有哪些可做?
