運動完的獎勵輕食 - 健身

自從看完板娘的貼心回文後
最近慢慢在調整飲食方式
大約是吃到基代多一些~我基代1134
早餐從一杯拿鐵改成蛋+半瓶無糖豆漿+一顆奇異果+一片起士
(不吃吐司的原因是因為自己住,買一條會吃不完)
午餐吃SUBWAY或自助餐店2菜1肉半碗飯(我菜會夾很多)
晚餐如午餐或DIY~有時懶得煮會吃御飯團+沙拉+水果一份
照這個方式吃一周後~體重沒變~體脂小降1%多
問題來了~~我平時很晚下班~所以大多9點左右運動到10點,1~2點睡、10點起床
運動完後會有點嘴饞~想吃點小東西
雖說...睡前吃東西不好~可是每次想到運動完就有食物可以吃
動起來就更起勁了~~~(努力完後如果沒有獎勵,實在是太折磨)
最近運動後吃的東西有:油醋沙拉一份/無糖豆漿半瓶/一小包蘇打餅乾/一小份水果
基本上都控制在100卡~150(我參考小七的熱量標示)
不知道有沒有其他好吃的輕食選擇呢???

把飲食PO上來~就要有讓大家批的決心
我也知道這個量在很多人眼裡看起來吃太少
但我長期都只吃2餐...又亂亂吃~周末常聚餐
現在改變習慣...幾乎不聚餐~以定時吃三餐為原則
一餐半碗飯~我就很飽了~
我會慢慢增加成正常的量~繼續努力
也感謝大家給我的輕食建議....今晚就來吃烤地瓜...喔耶!!
