小弟想練點肌肉開始在做重訓 爬完文後才得知 想增大肌肉得做最大負荷的重量
據我家深蹲扛上百公斤的外勞說 可以上網去下載記錄表
幫助調整重訓器材的重量 (現在都憑感覺隨便調)
精華區及Google都沒找到 請問有人知道去哪下戴或是有表單可以讓我參考一下嗎?
另徵重訓同伴 地點:竹南群創群樂館 15:00~2100 我帶你進去 好像一次20~25元
有重訓經驗的 我幫你付 不過請讓我咨詢一下
器材有 跑步機 划步機 腳踏車 舉重架 撞球 桌球 投籃機 按摩椅
重訓器材我不太熟 講不出名字 有機會再拍下來 大部份是訓練手臂及胸肌的
